Rapper who got famous off Uber declares beef, is switching to Lyft

It’s getting real out here on these ride-hailing streets. 

Atlanta-bred rapper MadeinTYO—known for his viral 2016 hit “Uber Everywhere”—has now wedged his way into the war on Uber that took the internet by storm over the weekend, and decried the very brand that helped propel him to stardom.

MadeinTYO made his feelings known in two succinct tweets, dragging Uber and, then, pledging support for its direct competitor, Lyft.
