Tropical Storm Harvey has made a second landfall near the Louisiana-Texas border after dumping 19 trillion gallons of rain in Texas, bringing flood and devastation.
While there are many pictures that show the “catastrophic” flooding, this photo of waves lapping over Interstate 10 West of Beaumont, between Beaumont and Winnie, is nothing short of apocalyptic:
