In the wake of Ja Rule’s disastrous Fyre Festival, Fyre has finally released an official statement addressing guests’, uh, less-than-Instagrammable experience.

Co-owners Billy McFarland and Ja Rule are now promising guests full refunds and VIP passes to next year’s festival, which will reportedly be held on a beach in the United States. The festival also plans to donate a small portion of each ticket sold this year to the Bahamian Red Cross.
