Buffalo Bills fandom has come a long way since the infamous dildo Incident of 2016.
For the first time in 17 years, Buffalo’s favorite NFL team has clinched a playoff berth. And they did it in dramatic fashion with a little help. To celebrate, Bills fans are showing their appreciation with cash donations for a charity foundation headed by another team’s quarterback.
The Bills ended their season on Sunday with a much-needed win over the Miami Dolphins, keeping playoff hopes alive. But it was a surprise Cincinnati Bengals upset in a match-up with the Baltimore Ravens that clinched the Bills playoff berth, and much of that victory is owed to quarterback Andy Dalton’s dramatic game-ending touchdown pass to Tyler Boyd with 44 seconds left on the clock.
