The rapper recently sat down with Katie Couric, who he’s mentioned in his rhymes before, and the two talked everything from gun violence in Chicago to his iconic ‘3’ hat. While they chomped on food from Harold’s Chicken Shack, Chance showed off his rarely seen tattoo and shared the story behind the phrase inked on his chest.
