In wonderfully predictable news: Mahershala Ali is good at everything.
The Oscar-winning actor has hit a superstar stride in 2017, crushing roles in Hidden Figures, Marvel’s Luke Cage series and, of course, Moonlight.
Before all of his on-screen success and Calvin Klein campaigns, the Academy Award winner tried his hand at something a little different: rap.
After earning his masters degree in acting from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, the actor began rapping under the name Prince Ali.
