John Legend has urged Americans to speak out and unite against Donald Trump in a frank cover interview with Fault magazine.
Asked whether raising a daughter in “Trump’s America” scares him, the singer said he hoped Trump’s presidency would be short-lived
“Hopefully “Trump’s America” won’t last very long and we get him out of here within the next four years. By the time Luna is old enough to be aware of what is happening, America would have elected a far better president,” Legend told Fault.
Legend added that Trump promised to do things which are “really bad for the country,” stating that Trump has promised to do some “good” things. Legend says he hopes that Trump will only deliver on the good promises, but conceded he doesn’t have much faith in him. Read more…
